Fuel Policy
- The vehicle must be returned with the same level of fuel that was delivered to the renter at the time of delivery of the car.
- Failure to comply with this rule incurs a compensation fee of up to AED 800.
- All fees must be settled before or upon returning the car.
Mileage Policy
- Ask the manager about the mileage policy.
Deposit Policy
- You can drive any car during any deposit-free rental period from our fleet of vehicles.
- You will sign an agreement in which you agree to pay all charges during the car rental period.
- All applicable charges such as fines, Salik, gas fee, additional kilometers, damage and scratches to the vehicle, smoking in the vehicle MUST BE SETTLED UPON RETURN OF THE CAR.
- For the next 50 days after returning the car, the RENTAL COMPANY must provide a final invoice to the customer.
- If a customer has some uncovered charges, they must be paid within the next 10 days.
Rental Policy
- Vehicles rented on a weekly contract that are returned during the first week of rental will be charged at the daily rate. Similarly, monthly rental vehicles that are returned during the first month of rental will be charged at the weekly rate. In the event of immediate termination of the contract without prior notice, a one-day rental charge will apply.
